Markham Creative is a design team dedicated to bringing your vision and character to life within the built environment.
Our work spans a wide range of project types—from non-profit organizations to large corporations, from boutique retail to collegiate campuses.
With years of experience partnering with companies and design firms of all sizes, we have helped create meaningful spaces that tell authentic stories. Through this work we have learned what matters most: design that is personal, collaborative, and grounded in genuine care for our clients and teams.

What we do

Brand + Environments
Interior and exterior applications that bring identity to life—brand in the workplace, campus signage,
interpretive signs, exhibits, donor recognition and history walls.
Signage + Wayfinding
Exterior building IDs, monument signs, wayfinding strategies, airport and hospital wayfinding and sign
systems, interior and exterior entry identities, and city or campus-wide programs. We also develop
signage guidelines for campuses and institutions to ensure clarity and consistency.
Code + Regulatory Signs
Comprehensive interior ADA, fire, and regulatory code signage systems; detailed code research for
interior and exterior signage; and complete, coordinated sign plans to support design and compliance.
